COURSE DESCRIPTION
In this After School STEM Coding Club, kids in Years 3 and 4 will be introduced to STEM & Coding concepts that help run the world today. Led by our tech-savvy instructors, the students will be taught key programming and STEM implementations and how to apply them in exciting ways.
Challenging, interactive, and lots of fun, this course helps to unlock the world of programming and STEM for young people, sparking an interest that makes them want to keep on exploring it!
In Term 4, students will explore the world of Game Design and Programming in this interactive and engaging STEM coding club. Students will learn about how the fundamentals of Game Design work together to create the world-wide popular games we know today. By learning how to design, code and put together the key skills learnt this term, students will be able to design their very own games!
Throughout the term, students will delve into the fundamentals of coding, exploring coding languages like Python that power countless innovations around the world. With gamified programming tools and interactive challenges, they'll unlock the secrets of coding and unleash their creativity in ways they never imagined.
Imagine designing and coding your very own programs, bringing your ideas to life and witnessing the magic of your code in action. With each line of code, you'll gain confidence and master the art of programming in no time.
